Craig Elder
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Treasurer, Southern Telecom
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Treasurer, SouthernLINC Wireless

Craig Elder has been chief financial officer of SouthernLINC Wireless since 1999 and vice president and treasurer of SouthernLINC Wireless since 1996. He has been chief financial officer, vice president & treasurer of Southern Telecom since 2002. As CFO, Craig is responsible for ensuring corporate accounting records and financial projections are timely and accurate for SouthernLINC Wireless and Southern Telecom. In his role as vice president, Craig leads the company's corporate operations organization, including information systems, administrative services, real estate, and financial operations.

Craig monitors the financial performance of SouthernLINC Wireless and Southern Telecom against their respective business plans, ensuring variances and emerging issues are understood and addressed by the company. He is also responsible for the company's accounting policies and practices, putting in place internal controls to mitigate business risks. Craig works closely with Southern Company, the parent company of SouthernLINC Wireless and Southern Telecom, to report financial performance and financing requirements. He also organizes quarterly board of directors meetings for SouthernLINC Wireless and Southern Telecom, where he presents results of the company's operations.

Prior to joining SouthernLINC Wireless in 1995, Craig was a corporate finance manager with Southern Company Services and Georgia Power. He also worked in information systems, corporate planning, and bulk power markets organizations while at Georgia Power.

Craig received a bachelor's degree in math and chemistry from Berry College. He also earned a master's in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA in finance from Georgia State.

Comptroller and Director Financial Operations, SouthernLINC Wireless

Karen Dowdle has been Comptroller of Southern Telecom and SouthernLINC Wireless since 2007. Prior to joining SouthernLINC Wireless and Telecom, Karen held positions in Southern Company Services Accounting and Internal Auditing.

Prior to joining Southern Company, Karen held a number of senior finance and accounting positions at three start-up companies in Atlanta. She has experience in the Telecommunications and Tobacco industries. At AT&T, Karen worked in Regulatory Accounting providing financial analysis for use in rate case proceedings and PSC intervention cases as well as supporting AT&T regional business units. Karen began her career in public accounting with the firm of Cotton & Allen in Louisville, KY.

Karen is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Auburn University and an EMBA degree from Georgia State University.



Jimmy Burton
Accounting Manager, Southern Telecom

Jimmy Burton has been part of the Southern Telecom team since 2000. Prior to joining Southern Telecom, Burton held various accounting positions at Southern Company subsidiaries including SouthernLINC Wireless and Southern Company Services.

Burton holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a MBA degree from Georgia State University. Burton is a certified public accountant and is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA's.








Patrick J. Kohler
Senior Attorney, Southern Telecom
Senior Attorney, Southern Company Services

Patrick J. Kohler joined Southern Company in April 1984, after working as House Counsel for software company, Management Science America. Previously, Kohler was engaged in the private practice of law in Marietta, Georgia. Prior to his private law practice, Kohler was employed by the Department of Defense in Atlanta, Georgia, as a contract administrator for research and development contracts. Kohler is also a veteran, serving in the United States Air Force for four years and the Georgia Air National Guard for two years. As senior attorney for Southern Telecom, Kohler is responsible for managing and coordinating the use of outside counsel and providing legal services in the areas of intellectual property, construction contracts, commercial transactions, financing transactions, as well as general corporate legal matters. Kohler is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and has a J.D. from Atlanta Law School.
